RECIPE FOR IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients:
1 measure Jameson’s Irish Whiskey
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
¼ cup lightly whipped cream
2/3 cup of hot strong coffee
Procedure:
Pour whiskey and sugar into glass
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add hot coffee and carefully top with a collar of whipped cream. Add cream slowly so that it floats on top of the coffee.
Sprinkle some coffee powder on top of the cream.
Drink the coffee through the cream (Do not stir after adding the cream)
